摘　　要：新辅助放化疗是局部晚期可手术食管鳞癌的首选治疗模式,若能在治疗前或治疗中准确鉴别出可获益的患者,对于整体治疗策略的制定有重要意义。全文从影像学、超声胃镜、肿瘤标志物、临床指标对食管鳞癌新辅助放化疗疗效预测方面的研究进展做一综述。Neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy is the preferred treatment mode for locally advanced operable esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.If the possibly benefited patients can be identified before or during treatment,it is of great significance for the formulation of overall treatment strategy.This paper reviews the research progress on efficacy predicting of neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma with application of imaging,endoscopy,ultrasonography,tumor markers and clinical indicators.
