摘 要:伴随着科技进步和需求侧的结构性变化,中国经管教育步入重新定位、重新出发的关键时间节点,亟需回答“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”这些涉及教育本质的核心问题。在回顾分析中国经管教育发展阶段及其特征的基础上,探讨了当前驱动中国经管教育变迁的结构性力量,并以北京大学光华管理学院进行的一系列创新实践为例,解析面向未来的中国经管教育如何服务中国高质量发展。With the rapid advancements of technology and structural changes on the demand side of the economy, business administration education in China has stepped into a critical time point of repositioning and new start for its future development, where the core issues concerning the fundamental nature of education such as “what kind of talent we should cultivate, how and for whom” should be addressed. After reviewing and analyzing the development stage and the characteristics, this paper explores the structural forces that drive the business administration education to change in China. Using the innovative practice undertaken by Guanghua School of Management at Peking University as an example, this paper attempts to explain how the future business administration education in China should respond to the challenges and contribute to China's high-quality development.
