摘　　要：下文分析了人力资源管理的演变过程,探讨了数据驱动下的人力资源管理模式及其应用,并围绕促进企业人力资源管理数字化转型,提出了相应的对策和建议。This paper analyzes the evolution of human resource management,discusses the data-driven model of human resource management and its application,and focuses on promoting the digital transformation of enterprise human resource management,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
