摘 要:长江防汛期间洪水影响其下游鱼类产卵、生存等鱼类生态平衡,需要合理科学制定长江电站临时日流量生态调度方案以满足特殊时期长江下游鱼类生态需求。采用模糊集相似度作为权衡电站调制效益的准则,以长江下游水电站—向家坝水电站为例,剖析其2013—2023年4-9月份的每日水流量数据,再根据线性插值方法构建流量阈值的Vague集隶属度函数,并创建一种相似度度量公式来评价各月份水文数据。应用所建相似度对4种水文数据方案进行评估,结果得到与每个月份相似度最高的方案。探究结果可以为电站临时生态调度方案的选择和评价提供参考。During the flood control period of the Yangtze River,the ecological balance of fish was affected in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River,such as spawning and survival of fish.It is necessary to formulate a reasonable and scientific ecological scheduling scheme for the temporary daily flow of the Yangtze River power station to meet the ecological needs of fish in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River in special periods.The fuzzy set similarity is used as the criterion to weigh the modulation benefit of the power station.Taking as an example the Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River,the daily water flow data from April to September in 2013—2023 are analyzed.Then,the Vague set membership function of the flow threshold is constructed according to the linear interpolation method,and a similarity measurement formula is created to evaluate the hydrological data of each month.The four hydrological data schemes were evaluated by using the established similarity,and the scheme with the highest similarity to each month was obtained.The results can provide reference for the selection and evaluation of temporary ecological scheduling schemes for power plants.
