摘 要:综述了枯草芽孢杆菌发酵过程中涉及的多种发酵工程策略,详细探讨了包括高产菌株的选育、培养基的优化、发酵条件的设定以及发酵过程的精细调控等方面的内容。探讨了通过传统育种技术和现代基因工程手段来提高菌株产量的方法。分析了不同营养成分和添加剂对菌株生长和产物生成的影响。介绍了温度、pH、溶氧量等因素对发酵过程的影响及其优化策略。此外,还探讨了发酵过程的动态监控和调控方法,以实现高效的生产过程。对枯草芽孢杆菌工程菌发酵领域的最新研究现状进行了全面介绍,总结了当前的研究成果和存在的问题,提出了未来研究的方向和可能的发展趋势。Various fermentation engineering strategies involved in the fermentation process of Bacillus subtilis were systematically reviewed.The selection of high-yield strains,optimization of culture media,setting of fermentation conditions,and precise control of the fermentation process were discussed.Methods to enhance strain productivity through traditional breeding techniques and modern genetic engineering approaches were explored.The effects of different nutrients and additives on bacterial growth and product formation were analyzed.The impact of factors such as temperature,pH,and dissolved oxygen on the fermentation process and their optimization strategies were introduced.Additionally,dynamic monitoring and control methods of the fermentation process to achieve efficient production were also discussed.The latest research status in the field of Bacillus subtilis engineering bacteria fermentation was comprehensively introduced,the current research results and existing problems were summarized,and the future research direction and possible development trend were put forward.
