摘　　要：开展学生志愿服务是高校图书馆践行育人职责、深化用户参与的重要举措。北京大学图书馆自2020年起全面推进学生志愿服务队伍建设,围绕三全育人宗旨,整合多方学生团队,构建由图书馆总体统筹、多团队协作融合的常态化、规模化的志愿服务体系。文章采用个案分析法,系统总结北京大学图书馆学生志愿服务队伍建设的整体理念与实践路径,以期为高校图书馆志愿服务建设工作提供一种新思路。Launching student volunteer service is an important measure for academic libraries to fulfill their educational responsibilities and deepen user participation.Peking University Library has been comprehensively promoting the construction of student volunteer service team since 2020.Based on the“three-wide education”concept and integrating multiple student teams,Peking University Library has built a normalized and large-scale volunteer service system with overall library coordination and multi-team collaboration.Applying the case study method,this paper systematically summarizes the overall concept and practical path of Peking University Library’s student volunteer service team building,in order to provide a new idea for the construction of volunteer service in academic libraries.
