摘　　要：随着抗肿瘤治疗方法的不断进步,恶性肿瘤患者的生存率显著提升,骨转移的发病率也随之上升,目前有>50%的骨转移患者未获得满意的疼痛缓解。骨转移疼痛不仅是晚期肿瘤患者疼痛的最大来源,也是肿瘤幸存者生活质量和自信心下降的最重要原因。因此,如何有效地控制肿瘤骨转移诱导的疼痛是目前研究的重点。本文通过对其发生的分子机制进行综述,以期为临床研发治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛相关药物寻找更多潜在的靶点。With the continuous improvement of anti-tumor therapies,the survival rate of malignant tumors has greatly increased,while the incidence of bone metastases has also increased.More than 50%of patients with bone metastases have not received a satisfactory pain relief.Pain induced by bone metastases is not only the leading source of pain in patients with advanced tumors,but also the most important reason for reduced quality of life as well as self-confidence in cancer survivors.Therefore,how to effectively control pain induced by tumor bone metastases is the focus of current research.In order to find more potential targets for treating the pain induced by bone metastases of malignant tumors,we reviewed and summarized the molecular mechanisms of pain induced by bone metastases in this paper.
