参麦润目方联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗睑板腺功能障碍干眼症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察参麦润目方联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)干眼症的临床疗效。方法:抽取104例MGD干眼症患者,按照随机数字表法随机分为联合组和西医组各52例。西医组接受玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,联合组接受参麦润目方联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,连续治疗4周。比较2组临床疗效及不良反应,比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、眼表疾病指数(OSDI)评分、泪膜稳定性、MGD程度。结果:联合组总有效率94.23%,高于西医组78.85%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分、OSDI评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且联合组低于西医组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组角膜荧光染色试验(FL)评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且联合组低于西医组(P<0.05);2组泪液分泌试验(SIT)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且联合组高于西医组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组MGD程度轻于西医组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:参麦润目方联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗MGD干眼症效果良好,可进一步减轻症状,提升泪膜稳定性,且安全性良好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shenmai Runmu Prescription combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops on meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD)induced xerophthalmia.Methods:A total of 104 cases of patients with MGD induced xerophthalmia were randomly divided into the combination group and the western medicine group according to random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops,and the combination group was treated with Shenmai Runmu Prescription combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops.Both groups were treated for four weeks.The clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups;traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,Ocular Surface Disease Index(OSDI)scores,tear film stability and MGD degree in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 94.23%in the combination group,higher than that of 78.85%in the western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and OSDI scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the combination group were lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the corneal fluorescence staining test(FL)scores in the two groups were declined when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the score in the combination group was lower than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).The Schirmer's test(SIT)and tear film break-up time(BUT)in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above indexes in the combination group were higher than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,MGD degree in the combination group was lower than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shenmai Runmu Prescription combi
