摘  要:目的:观察成果导向教育(OBE)理念联合BOPPPS模式在中医妇科住院医师规范化培训(以下简称住培)教学查房中的应用效果。方法:将51名中医住培医师设为对照组,接受传统教学查房模式;另将49名中医住培医师设为试验组,接受OBE联合BOPPPS教学查房模式。比较2组住培医师出科理论知识、技能操作考核成绩,以及住培医师与带教老师教学调查问卷结果。结果:试验组住培医师的理论知识、技能操作考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组在教学查房住培医师调查问卷中的激发兴趣、调动氛围、提升思维、参与感强、综合能力提高、整体满意度等项目评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),而2组拓宽视野评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组课堂互动效果、参与积极性、临床思维锻炼、知识熟悉程度、层次表达能力、学习能力、整体满意度等评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在中医妇科住培教学查房应用OBE联合BOPPPS教学模式,可加强住培医师理论知识、实践技能的学习掌握和临床思维及能力的培养,实现教学查房与住培教学双重目标,从而提升住培医师的综合素养。Objective:To observe the application effect of the combination use of Outcome Based Education(OBE)and BOPPPS model on teaching rounds of standardized training for residents of gynecology in Chinese medicine.Methods:A total of 51 resident doctors of Chinese medicine were set as the control group and given the traditional teaching rounds of standardized residents training in hospital;49 were set as the trial group and received standardized residents training in hospital with OBE combined with BOPPPS model.The after-department assessment scores of theoretical knowledge and skill practice of residents,and the results of teaching questionnaire between residents and teachers were compared between the two groups.Results:The assessment scores of theoretical knowledge and skill practice in the trial group were higher than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The scores of such items as interest stimulation,giving full play to initiative,thinking improvement,strong sense of participation,all-round ability improvement and overall satisfaction in the questionnaire of teaching rounds of standardized training for residents in the trial group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was being no significant difference being found in the comparison of scores of expanding horizons between the two groups(P>0.05).The sures of classroom interaction effect,enthusiasm in classroom participation,clinically thinking exercise,familiarity with knowledge,ability to learn and express and overall satisfaction in the trial group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of OBE combined with BOPPPS model in the teaching rounds of standardized training for residents of Chinese medicine can enhance the learning and mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of resident doctors and the cultivation of clinical thinking and ability so as to achieve the dual goals of teaching rounds and standardized residents training in hospital and improve the compr
