摘　　要：目的 阐述头面部良性肿瘤切除术门诊手术在临床治疗中的体会,方法 结合北京中医药大学第三附属医院密云院区2013年3月-2023年4月头面部良性肿瘤切除术门诊手术患者327例的临床资料,进行分析并阐述临床体会.结果与结论 头面部良性肿瘤切除术大部分手术适宜在门诊开展,手术时间短,术后患者可回家观察并定期门诊复查,与住院治疗相比,手术费用相对低廉,节约了住院时间.但对于一些考虑恶性肿瘤、感染较重、体质较差的高龄患者,手术还应考虑入院后在中心手术室完成,减少围手术期的风险.Objective To describe the experience of out-patient resection of head and face benign tumors in clinical treatment.Methods Combined with the clinical data of 327 cases of out-patient resection of head and face benign tumors in our department of surgery from March 2013 to April 2023,the clinical experience was analyzed and expounded.Results and Conclusion Most of the operations for the resection of head and face benign tumors were suitable to be carried out in the outpatient department,the operation time was short,the postoperative patients could go home for observation and regular outpatient review,and the operation cost was relatively low compared with hospitalization,saving hospitalization time.However,for some elderly patients with malignant tumors,severe infection and poor physique,the operation should also be considered to be completed in the central operating room after admission to reduce the perioperative risk.
