摘　　要：目的 比较瑞马唑仑与丙泊酚在腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)中的镇静效果,评估两者在术后疼痛控制、恢复时间和患者满意度方面的差异.方法 采用前瞻性随机对照试验,纳入92例ASA Ⅰ-Ⅲ级、拟接受LC的患者,随机将其分为瑞马唑仑组(O组)和丙泊酚组(C组).经过手术后24小时,患者的疼痛程度采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)进行评估.此外,次要观察指标涵盖术后恶心呕吐(PONV)的出现频率、胃肠功能恢复所需时长以及患者的住院时长.结果 O组术后24小时疼痛评分显著低于C组(P<0.05).两组在PONV发生率上无显著差异(P>0.05).O组胃肠功能恢复时间和住院时间均显著短于C组(P<0.05).结论 在LC中,瑞马唑仑相比丙泊酚能显著降低术后24小时疼痛评分.尽管两组在PONV发生率上无显著差异,但瑞马唑仑在疼痛控制和术后恢复方面效果更佳.因此,瑞马唑仑可能是LC中更优的镇静药物选择.Objective To compare the sedative effects of ramazolam and propofol in laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)and evaluate postoperative pain control,restoration period,and client contentment.Methods A prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted on 92 ASA I to III patients scheduled for LC.They were randomly assigned to the ramazolam group(group O)or the propofol group(group C).Main outcomes were postoperative pain scores(VAS),while secondary outcomes included postoperative nausea/vomiting,digestive system operation restoration period,and hospital stay.Results Group O exhibited substantially reduced discomfort ratings at 24 hours post-operation in contrast to group C(P<0.05).No notable variance in PONV among the groups(P>0.05).Group O had markedly shorter gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospital stay compared to group C(P<0.05).Conclusion In LC,ramazolam effectively reduces 24-hour pain levels after surgery,with shorter gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospital stay compared to propofol.Ramazolam is more effective in pain control and postoperative recovery,making it a better sedative choice in LC.
