电针组穴联合抗精神病药物治疗康复期精神分裂症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨电针组穴联合抗精神病药物(AP)治疗康复期精神分裂症(SZ)的临床效果.方法 采用随机数字表法将2021年2月-2022年10月江西省精神病院收治的康复期SZ患者60例分为两组,每组各30例.对照组采用利培酮治疗,观察组加用电针组穴治疗,两组均连续治疗6周.对比两组临床疗效、精神症状、总体康复情况、认知功能和不良反应.结果 观察组治疗后阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、住院精神病患者康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)评分较对照组低,蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)较对照组高(P<0.05);两组不良反应量表(TESS)评分比较,差异不显著(P>0.05).结论 康复期SZ患者应用电针组穴联合AP治疗效果较佳,可改善患者精神症状及认知功能,提高其总体健康状况,安全性好,值得推广.Objective To explore the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with antipsychotic drugs(AP)in the treatment of rehabilitation stage schizophrenia(SZ).Methods A random number table method was used to divide 60 patients with SZ in the rehabilitation period admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to October 2022 into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with risperidone,while the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture at acupoints.Both groups were treated continuously for 6 weeks.Compare the clinical efficacy,psychiatric symptoms,overall rehabilitation,cognitive function,and adverse reactions between two groups.Results The positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)and inpatient rehabilitation efficacy evaluation scale(IPROS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment,while the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)was higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);comparison of Adverse Reaction Scale(TESS)scores between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of electroacupuncture and AP therapy has a better therapeutic effect on SZ patients in the rehabilitation period,which can improve their mental symptoms and cognitive function,enhance their overall health status,and has good safety.It is worth promoting.
