自拟胃炎消方治疗脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎的效果分析及对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察自拟胃炎消方治疗脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎的效果.方法 将80例脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组采用四联疗法,观察组加用自拟胃炎消方,两组均治疗4周.结果 治疗后,观察组总有效率、胃肠激素、生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);炎性因子、胃黏膜评分低于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 自拟胃炎消方治疗脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎能提高临床疗效,改善胃肠激素,降低炎性反应,有助于胃黏膜修复,提高生活质量.Objective To observe the effect of Weiyanxiao prescription on chronic gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat type.Methods 80 patients with chronic gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat type were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).Results After treatment,the total effective rate,gastrointestinal hormone and the score of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the score of inflammatory factors and gastric mucosa were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made weiyanxiao prescription can improve the clinical effect,improve gastrointestinal hormone,reduce inflammatory reaction,contribute to the recovery of gastric mucosa and improve the quality of life in the treatment of chronic gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat type.
