浅析《伤寒论》气上冲之证

摘　　要：《伤寒论》一书中涉及“气上冲”的条文有七条,多作为变证及主证出现在六经病的不同阶段及治疗过程中。文章从《伤寒论》的六经辨证及六经辨证与八纲辨证、脏腑辨证等多种辨证论治方法之间的关系,以“气上冲”条文为例,分析“气上冲”病位、病性、病因病机、治则及用药,探讨“气上冲”作为主证及变证时的辨证论治思路与其对临床的指导意义。In Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases,there are seven clauses on“qi rushing upward”,which mostly appear as changes and main syndromes in different stages and treatment processes of the six meridians disease.The article analyzed the relationship be⁃tween the six meridians syndrome differentiation in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases,the six meridians syndrome differentiation,the eight principles syndrome differentiation,and the zang-fu syndrome differentiation and treatment methods.Taking the“qi rushing upward”as an example,it analyzed the location,nature,etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principles,and medication of the“qi rushing upward”disease,exploring the syndrome differentiation treatment approach of“qi rushing upward”as the main and variable syn⁃drome,and its guiding significance for clinical practice.
