摘　　要：“凡十一脏取决于胆也”出自《素问·六节藏象论》,历代医家对此各执己见。文章总结各医家对“凡十一脏取决于胆也”的注解和认识,分别从胆为少阳春生之气、肝胆表里关系、足少阳胆经循行、胆的生理功能四个方面,阐释“凡十一脏取决于胆也”的深层道理并列举临床应用加以佐证,强调胆在脏腑功能活动中的重要作用,以及临床对这一理论的应用。“All eleven zang organs depending on the gallbladder”comes from Suwen·Liujie Zangxiang Lun,and doctors of all ages have different opinions on it.This paper summed up the notes and understandings of various physicians in the past dynasties on“all eleven zang organs depending on the gallbladder”,and explained the truth of“all eleven zang organs depending on the gallbladder”from four different aspects,namely,the gallbladder is the qi of the spring of Shaoyang,the relationship between the exterior and inte⁃rior of the liver,the circulation of the gallbladder meridian of the foot Shaoyang,and the physiological function of the gallbladder,and listed clinical applications as evidence.It emphasized the important role of gallbladder in the functional activities of zang fu organs and the clinical application of this theory.
