龙胆泻肝汤联合左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗细菌性角膜炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察龙胆泻肝汤联合左氧氟沙星(LEV)滴眼液对细菌性角膜炎患者临床症状及炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2020年3月—2022年3月永丰县中医院接收的76例细菌性角膜炎患者,通过随机数字表法分为两组,对照组、观察组各38例。对照组接受LEV滴眼液治疗,观察组接受LEV滴眼液联合龙胆泻肝汤治疗,均治疗2周。比较两组疗效;于治疗前后,比较两组临床症状评分、炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、干扰素-γ(INF-γ)]水平。结果观察组总有效率为94.74%(36/38),高于对照组的78.95%(30/38)(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,两组疼痛、畏光、分泌物、异物感、结膜或睫状充血等症状评分显著下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,两组INF-γ水平显著升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组IL-6水平显著下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论龙胆泻肝汤联合LEV滴眼液可提高细菌性角膜炎患者疗效,改善患者临床症状,减轻炎症因子水平。Objective To observe the effect of Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with levofloxacin(LEV)eye drops on clinical symptoms and inflammatory factor levels in patients with bacterial keratitis.Methods A total of 76 patients with bacterial keratitis re⁃ceived in Yongfeng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected and divided into 2 groups by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received LEV eye drops,and the observation group received LEV eye drops combined with Longdan Xiegan decoction for 2 weeks.Clinical symptom scores and levels of inflamma⁃tory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6)and interferon-γ(INF-γ)]were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Re⁃sults The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.74%(36/38),which was higher than that of the control group(78.95%,30/38)(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the symptom scores of pain,photophobia,discharge,foreign body sensation,conjunctival or ciliary congestion,etc.in both groups significantly decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Af⁃ter 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of INF-γin both groups significantly increased,and the observation group was higher than the con⁃trol group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6 in both groups significantly decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with LEV eye drops can improve the curative effect of patients with bacterial keratitis,improve the clinical symptoms,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
