摘　　要：医学职业特点决定了医学教育不仅要培养医学生精湛的医术,也要培养医学生的医德仁心。中医药学作为中华民族特有的医学科学,兼具科学和人文的双重属性,中医药文化蕴含着深邃的哲学思想和丰富的人文精神,传承和创新发展中医药文化,发掘中医药文化的当代价值是医学院校教育教学中值得探索的课题。天津医科大学临床医学院虽非传统中医院校,但结合学院实际尝试挖掘中医药文化的思政元素,并在专业课程、校园文化和早期接触临床实践等教学环节融入中医药文化内容,有利于坚持中西医并重,探索提升学生医德修养和人文素养的新途径。The characteristics of medical profession determine that medical education should not only cultivate medical students’ex⁃cellent medical skills,but also cultivate their medical ethics and benevolence.As a unique medical science of the Chinese nation,TCM has both scientific and humanistic attributes.TCM culture contains profound philosophical thoughts and rich medical humanistic spirit.Inheriting and innovating TCM culture and exploring the contemporary value of TCM culture are topics worth exploring in the education and teaching of medical colleges and universities.Although Clinical Medical College of Tianjin Medical University is a nontraditional Chinese medicine university,it tries to explore the ideological and political elements of TCM culture combined with the ac⁃tual situation of the college,and integrates TCM culture into the teaching links of professional courses,campus culture and early con⁃tact with clinical practice,which is conducive to adhering to both traditional Chinese and Western medicine and exploring new ways to improve the medical ethics and humanistic quality of medical students.
