跨境电商综合试验区设立与企业专业化分工

摘　　要：本文以2007—2021年中国上市公司为样本,考察跨境电商综合试验区设立对企业专业化分工的影响。研究结果表明:跨境电商综合试验区能够发挥市场扩张效应和外部交易成本降低效应,促进企业专业化分工;跨境电商综合试验区有利于促进进出口贸易,降低企业搜寻成本和合约成本;当内部管控成本较低时,跨境电商综合试验区能够促进企业专业化分工;相比于中西部地区企业、国有企业和大规模企业,跨境电商综合试验区更能提高东部地区企业、非国有企业和小规模企业的专业化分工能力;跨境电商综合试验区促进企业专业化分工之后,能够提高企业全要素生产率、产品市场竞争优势和公司价值增值。本文研究结论为评估跨境电商综合试验区政策提供了依据,也为推动企业专业化分工提供了启示。Using Chinese listed companies from 2007 to 2021 as a sample,this study examines the impact of the establishment of cross⁃border e⁃commerce integrated pilot zones on vertical specialization in enterprises.The results indicate that the experimental zone can promote vertical specialization in enterprises by exerting market expansion effects and external transaction cost reduction effects.The pilot zone is conducive to promoting import and export trade,reducing search costs and contract costs.Expanding discussions find that when internal control costs are lower,the pilot zone can still promote vertical speciali⁃zation in enterprises.Compared to enterprises in the central and western regions,state⁃owned enterprises,and large⁃scale enterprises,the pilot zone can better enhance the verti⁃cal specialization of enterprises in the eastern region,non⁃state⁃owned enterprises,and small⁃scale enterprises.After promoting vertical specialization in the pilot zone,it can im⁃prove the total factor productivity,product market competitiveness,and company value growth of enterprises.The research findings provide a basis for evaluating the policies of cross⁃border e⁃commerce integrated pilot zones and inspiration for promoting professional division of labor among enterprises.
