重症急性胰腺炎患者早期肠内营养支持的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者早期肠内营养支持的临床效果。方法46例重症急性胰腺炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组23例。对照组给予综合性治疗措施及入院48 h后进行延迟肠内营养支持治疗,观察组在综合性治疗措施基础上进行早期肠内营养支持治疗。比较两组患者并发症发生率、满意度和治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率95.65%高于对照组的73.91%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率8.70%低于对照组的34.78%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总满意率95.65%高于对照组的73.91%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期肠内营养支持治疗可以减少重症急性胰腺炎患者并发症的发生,有效改善患者的临床症状和营养状态,提高治疗效果和患者满意度,在临床有推广价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of early enteral nutrition support in severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)patients.Methods 46 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each consisting of 23 cases.The control group was given comprehensive treatment and delayed enteral nutrition support treatment 48 h after admission,and the observation group received early enteral nutrition support on the basis of comprehensive treatment.The incidence of complications,patient satisfaction and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than 73.91%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was 8.70%,which was lower than 34.78%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than 73.91%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early enteral nutrition support can reduce complications in acute pancreatitis patients,effectively improve the clinical symptoms and nutritional status of patients,improve the treatment effect and patient satisfaction.It has promotional value in clinical practice.
