应对方式在青少年心理弹性与手机成瘾间的中介作用

摘　　要：目的探讨应对方式在青少年心理弹性与手机成瘾之间的中介作用。方法采用手机成瘾指数量表、青少年心理弹性量表、简易应对方式量表对河南省2268名青少年进行调查。对青少年手机成瘾、应对方式与心理弹性进行分析。比较不同性别、年级、是否独生子女青少年手机成瘾指数量表、青少年心理弹性量表、简易应对方式量表评分,对青少年应对方式在心理弹性和手机成瘾之间所起的中介作用进行检验。结果不同年级青少年手机成瘾指数量表、青少年心理弹性量表、简易应对方式量表-消极应对维度评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。青少年手机成瘾与心理弹性、积极应对呈负相关(P<0.01),与消极应对呈正相关(P<0.01)。应对方式在青少年心理弹性与手机成瘾的关系起到部分中介作用,其中,直接效应值为-0.226,间接效应值分别为-0.077、0.051,总效应值为-0.422。结论青少年心理弹性与手机成瘾之间存在负相关,应对方式显著影响青少年手机成瘾风险,并在青少年心理弹性和手机成瘾中起中介作用。Objective To explore the mediating effect of coping styles between resilience and mobile phone addiction in adolescents.Methods Surveys were performed in 2,268 adolescents in Henan province using the Mobile Phone Addiction Index(MPAI),the Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents(RSCA)and Simplified Coping Scale(SCSQ).Mobile phone addiction,coping style and psychological resilience were analyzed.Scores on the MPAI,RSCA and SCSQ were compared among adolescents in term of different genders,different grades and whether they were only child,the mediating effect of coping styles between psychological resilience and mobile phone addiction tested.Results Differences in scores on the MPAI,RSCA and the negative coping of the SCSQ among adolescents in term of different grades were statistically significant(P<0.05 or 0.01).Adolescent mobile phone addiction was negatively related to psychological resilience and positive coping(P<0.01)and positively to negative coping(P<0.01).Coping style played partial mediating role between psychological resilience and mobile phone addiction,direct effect value was-0.226,indirect effect values were respectively-0.077 and 0.051,and total effect value was-0.422.Conclusion Adolescent psychological resilience is negatively related to mobile phone addiction significantly,coping styles obviously influence the risk of mobile phone addiction and play a mediating role between psychological resilience and mobile phone addiction.
