摘  要:目的探讨认知行为疗法(CBT)对学龄期注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿的干预效果。方法将72例学龄期ADHD患儿按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各36例。对照组患儿给予药物治疗、常规护理及心理干预,观察组患儿在对照组基础上给予CBT干预。在干预前后应用儿童社交焦虑量表(SASC)、中文版SNAP-IV量表、社交反应量表(SRS)进行效果评价。结果干预后,两组患儿SASC和SRS评分均较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患儿SNAP-IV评分较干预前降低,且低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论CBT可缓解ADHD患儿社交焦虑程度和核心症状,提高社交能力,可为临床干预提供借鉴价值。Objective To explore the intervention effect of cognitive-behavioral therapy(CBT)for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)in school-age children.Methods Seventy-two schoolage children with the ADHD were divided into observation and control group according to random number table method,with 36 ones in each.Controls received medication,routine care and psychological intervention,on the basis of controls observation group was plus the CBT.Effects were evaluated using the Social Anxiety Scale for Children(SASC),Chinese version of Swanson,Nolan and Pelham-VersionⅣscale(SNAP-Ⅳ),and Social Responsiveness Scale(SRS)before and after intervention.Results After intervention the SASC and SRS scores of both groups lowered compared with pre-intervention and those were lower in intervention than control group(P<0.01).After intervention the SNAP-Ⅳscores lowered compared with pre-intervention in observation group and those were lower in intervention than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion CBT can alleviate social anxiety and core symptoms in children with ADHD,improve social skills,and which provide reference for clinical intervention.
