预见性护理对脑血管疾病患者心理弹性负性情绪及应对方式的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于量化评估策略的预见性护理对脑血管疾病患者心理弹性、负性情绪及应对方式的影响。方法将郑州大学第一附属医院收治的80例脑血管疾病患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者采用分期康复护理,研究组患者在对照组基础上另给予基于量化评估策略的预见性护理。护理前后采用疾病认知问卷、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS)、医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)评定两组患者的疾病认知水平、心理弹性、负性情绪及应对方式。结果护理后,两组患者疾病认知问卷总分及各项目评分、CD-RISC总分及各维度评分、MCMQ面对维度评分均较护理前升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。护理后,两组患者DASS各维度评分及MCMQ回避、屈服维度评分均较护理前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论基于量化评估策略的预见性护理可提高脑血管疾病患者认知水平和心理弹性,改善患者负性情绪和应对方式,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy(QES)on mental resilience,negative emotions and coping styles of patients with cerebrovascular diseases(CD).Methods Eighty CD patients hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were randomly divided into research and control group,with 40 ones in each.Controls received staging rehabilitation nursing,on the basis of controls research group did QES-based predictive nursing.Pre-and post-nursing illness cognitive levels,mental resilience,negative emotions and coping styles were assessed using Illness Perception Questionnaire(IPQ),Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),Depression Anxiety Stress Scale(DASS)and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ),respectively.Results After nursing the total and each item scores of both the IPQ and CDRISC and the facing scores of the MCMQ in both groups elevated compared with pre-nursing,so were those in research than control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).After nursing,all dimension scores of the DASS and the avoidance and yielding scores of the MCMQ in both groups lowered compared with pre-nursing,so were those in research than control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion QES-based predictive nursing can raise the cognitive level and mental resilience of CD patients,improve negative emotions and coping styles,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
