摘 要:为研究微生物纳米硒在富硒农业领域的应用潜力,将其分别应用在苹果种植和蛋鸡养殖中。结果发现,微生物纳米硒能够提高果树根区土壤中氮、磷、钾元素的有效性,可显著提高果实中可溶性固形物、总糖、总酸的含量,且果实中硒含量可达17~36μg/kg。同时发现蛋鸡日粮中添加微生物纳米硒能够显著增加鸡蛋的平均单重和硒含量,最大平均单重为61.8±0.3 g,鸡蛋中的硒含量为330±40μg/kg。研究结果为微生物纳米硒在农业种养中的应用提供了基础数据。To investigate the potential application of selenium nanoparticles(SeNPs)from microorganisms in Se-enriched agriculture,SeNPs were used in fruit trees and laying hens,respectively.The results showed that microbial SeNPs could improve the availability of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium in the root zone soil of fruit trees and significantly increase the contents of soluble solids,total sugars,and total acids in fruit.The content of selenium in fruit was 17~36μg/kg.In addition,the average weight and selenium content of eggs were significantly increased by adding SeNPs to the diet of laying hens.The maximum average weight was 61.8±0.3 g,and the selenium content in eggs was 330±40μg/kg.This experiment provides basic data for the application of microbial selenium nanoparticles in agriculture.
