摘  要:益蝽是一种重要的捕食性昆虫,但目前益蝽饲养仍是一个难题。为探究高效、低成本、大规模饲养益蝽的方法,用黄粉虫蛹和葡萄糖(蛹+GLU)以及黄粉虫蛹和蒸馏水(蛹+H2O)饲养益蝽,构建益蝽年龄-阶段两性生命表,并使用Twosex-MSChart软件进行分析。结果表明:蛹+GLU饲养的益蝽在高龄期的存活率显著高于蛹+H2O饲养的益蝽(P<0.05);蛹+GLU饲养的益蝽成虫的繁殖时间更长,总的繁殖力更高;蛹+GLU饲养的益蝽生命期望(38.90)和繁殖值(60.7)明显高于蛹+H2O饲养的益蝽(24.21和31.7);蛹+GLU饲养益蝽的内禀增长率(r)和净增值率(R0)分别为5.46和23.16,均极显著高于蛹+H2O饲养的益蝽(P<0.01),种群倍增时间(DT)为12.72,极显著低于蛹+H2O饲养的益蝽(P<0.01);两种饲养方式的周限增长率(λ)和平均世代时间(T)没有显著差异(P>0.05);蛹+GLU饲养的益蝽的捕食时间为95~98 d,净捕食率7.68头,均优于蛹+H2O饲养的益蝽。总体而言,与蛹+H2O相比,蛹+GLU饲养的益蝽种群更加稳定,捕食能力更强。本研究结果为人工饲养益蝽提供了一个经济、高效的饲养方案,为益蝽的规模化生产以及生防潜能的开发奠定了基础。Picromerus lewisi is an important predatory insect,but its breeding still remains a challenge today.In order to explore the efficient,low-cost and large-scale feeding method of the Picromerus lewisi,this study fed it with Tenebrio molitor pupa and glucose(pupa+GLU),T.molitor pupa and distilled water(pupa+H2O),constructed a age-stage two-sex life table of P.lewisi,and used Twosex-MSChart software for analysis.The results showed that the survival rate of the P.lewisi fed with pupa+GLU during the advanced age was significantly higher than that fed with pupa+H2O(P<0.05).The breeding time of adult P.lewisi fed with pupa+GLU was longer and the total fecundity was higher.The life expectancy(38.90)and reproductive value(60.7)of the P.lewisi fed with pupa+GLU were significantly higher than those fed with pupa+H2O(24.21,31.7);The intrinsic rate of increase(r)and net reproductive rate(R0)of the P.lewisi fed with pupa+GLU were 5.46 and 2.76,respectively,which were significantly higher than those fed with pupa+H2O(P<0.01),and the population doubling time(DT)was 12.72,significantly lower than that with pupa+H2O(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the finite rate of increase(λ)and the mean generation time(T)between the two feeding methods(P>0.05).The predation time and net predation rate of P.lewisi fed with pupa+GLU were 95-98 days and 7.68 heads,respectively,which were better than those fed with pupa+H2O.In general,compared with pupa+H2O,the population of P.lewisi fed with pupa+GLU was more stable and had stronger predation ability.The results of this study provided an economical and efficient feeding scheme for the artificial breeding of P.lewisi,and layed a foundation for the large-scale production and development of biocontrol potential.
