高职教育集团化办学机制现状及建构策略研究

摘　　要：当前职业院校集团化办学存在着缺乏相对吸引力、办学目标与规划不清晰、缺乏资金持续支持、师资力量薄弱、缺乏健全的集团化办学机制与流程等问题。为解决这些问题,要明确集团化办学机制构建的目标与发展规划、办学模式与方法的创新、强化“双师型”队伍的建设、注重各方资源整合与利用等策略,不断推动、提高高职教育集团化办学效果与水平。Some problems exist in group school-running in vocational colleges,such as lack of relative attraction,unclear educational objectives and planning,lack of continuous financial support,qualified teachers,and sound group education mechanism and process.In an effort to solve these problems,it is necessary to clarify the goal and development plan of the group school-running mechanism,innovate the school-running modes and methods,strengthen the construction of the double-teacher team,attach importance to the integration and utilization of various resources,and constantly improve the effect and level of the group school-running in higher vocational education.
