摘 要:新形势下高职生成熟的职业选择是缓解国内就业压力的有效手段。以辽宁某双高建设院校为例,选取不同性别、年级、专业类型及生源地的千余名学生进行样例量表检测。结果发现是否担任过学生干部、是否确定工作的学生职业成熟度差异性显著,而不同性别、年级、专业类型及生源地高职生的职业成熟度并无显著差异。进而有针对性地提出在家庭层面、学生层面、学校层面、教师层面及社会层面等采取教育措施,为高职生职业成熟度教育提供解决策略。Under the new situation,the mature career choice of higher vocational students is an effective means to relieve the domestic employment pressure.This study takes a double-high construction college in Liaoning as an example,and selects more than 1,000 students of different genders,grades,major types and student origins for sample scale detection.The results show that there are significant differences in the career maturity of students who have served as student leaders and whose work has been determined,but there are no significant differences in gender,grade,major type and student origin.And then the paper proposes that we should adopt education measures in family level,student level,school level,teacher level and social level to provide strategies for career maturity education of higher vocational students.
