摘  要:近年来随着化工技术的不断发展,其对于装置设备的要求也越来越高,集中主要表现在温度、压力和耐腐蚀性方面有些更高的要求。本文介绍了一种4500LB超高压Y型自密封截止阀的性能和特点,在缺少直接设计标准的前提下,将阀门结构进行拆解,依据GB/T 150伍德密封计算自密封结构的强度,对初步设计好的阀门使用ANSYS强度分析以及CFD流体分析进行设计验证,同时在设计阶段提前进行安全防憋压设计,以提供在苛刻工况环境中正常运行的可靠性设计方案,为后续超高压Y型自密封截止阀的国产化及应用提供方法和依据。In recent years,with the continuous development of chemical technology,its requirements for equipment are becoming higher and higher,mainly in temperature,pressure and corrosion resistance.This paper introduces the performance and characteristics of a 4500LB high pressure seal Y-type globe valve.In the absence of direct design standards,the valve structure is decomposed,the strength of the self-sealing structure is calculated according to GB/T 150 Wood seal,and the design of the preliminarily designed valve is verified by ANSYS and CFD.At the same time,the safety anti-pressure design is carried out in advance in the design stage,so as to provide the reliability design scheme for normal operation in the harsh working environment,and provide the method and basis for the subsequent localization and application of the high pressure seal globe valve.
