摘　　要：结核病是严重危害儿童和青少年健康的重要疾病,对儿童和青少年结核病的科学、规范化治疗是提高治愈水平、确保实现世界卫生组织终止结核病目标的关键环节。近年来,随着临床试验数据的不断增加和多种治疗方案的逐步优化,儿童和青少年药物敏感结核病化学治疗方案也有必要依据已有的循证医学证据及时更新。基于此,中国防痨协会、中华医学会结核病学分会儿童结核病专业委员会、中国研究型医院学会结核病学专业委员会、中国医药教育协会儿科专业委员会、云南省防痨协会儿童结核病专业分会共同组织我国儿童结核病、呼吸和感染性疾病、结核病防治领域、微生物学领域的专家共同制定本专家共识。目标是通过对来自世界卫生组织和其他来源的指南或标准进行整合,选择适用于我国儿童和青少年药物敏感结核病化学治疗的药物类型、适宜剂量和治疗方案,以期为儿科医师更加科学、规范地治疗结核病提供参考。Tuberculosis(TB)remains a significant public health issue among children and adolescents worldwide.The scientific and standardized management of TB in this vulnerable population is critical to enhancing cure rates and achieving the World Health Organization′s(WHO)goal of ending TB.With the accumulation of clinical trial data and the continuous refinement of treatment modalities,there is a need to update the chemotherapy regimen for drug susceptible tuberculosis(DS-TB)in children and adolescents,informed by robust evidence-based medical evidence.Consequently,Chinese Antituberculosis Association,Pediatric Tuberculosis Committee,the Society of Tuberculosis,Chinese Medical Association,Tuberculosis Committee of Chinese Research Hospital Association,China Medicine Education Association Committee on Pediatrics,Pediatric Tuberculosis Committee of Yunnan Antituberculosis Association have collaboratively convened experts in pediatric TB,respiratory and infectious diseases,TB control,and microbiology from across China to formulate this expert consensus.The aim is to integrate recommendations and standards from the WHO and other reliable sources,to provide a specific clinical focus on appropriate drug types,dosages,and DS-TB regimens in children and adolescents in China,with the ultimate goal of facilitating more scientific and standardized clinical management of TB in children and adolescents.
