复方血栓通胶囊治疗青光眼视神经萎缩患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析青光眼视神经萎缩患者临床治疗中应用复方血栓通胶囊的临床优势。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月在兖矿新里程总医院确诊为青光眼导致视神经萎缩的70例患者。以随机抽签法分为对照组与研究组,各35例。对照组接受常规方案治疗,研究组在常规药物治疗同时增加使用复方血栓通胶囊。对比2组的临床治疗效果。结果治疗40 d后,研究组视力水平、光敏度、缺损度高于对照组,总灰度值低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组舒张末期血流速度高及收缩期峰值流速指标高于对照组,阻力指数和搏动指数低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05)。结论青光眼视神经萎缩选择常规西药治疗同时,加用复方血栓通胶囊,可促进患者视力水平及眼血流动力学指标得到确切改善,提高总体治疗有效性,应用价值高。Objective To analyze the clinical advantages of compound Xueshuantong capsule in the clinical treatment of patients with glaucoma optic nerve atrophy.Methods A total of 70 patients diagnosed with optic nerve atrophy due to glaucoma in Yankuang New Journey General Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,35 cases each.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group added compound Xueshuantong capsule to the conventional drug treatment.The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After 40 d of treatment,the visual acuity level,light sensitivity and defect degree of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the total gray value was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The end-diastolic blood flow velocity and peak systolic flow velocity of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the resistance index and pulse index of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%,higher than 76.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of conventional western medicine and compound Xueshuantong capsule in the treatment of glaucoma optic nerve atrophy can improve the visual acuity level and ocular hemodynamic index,improve the overall treatment effectiveness,and have high application value.
