摘　　要：深化产教融合、校企合作,培养高素质技能型人才是加快现代职业教育体系的重要之路。在护理教学中,从产教融合视角思考促进糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者心理健康的方法,为患者制定有针对性的干预措施。通过检索并综合分析国内外相关文献,结果表明DN患者焦虑、抑郁的发生率高,但临床护理工作中缺乏心理健康状况的评估及相关措施的深入实施。今后应将行MHD治疗的DN患者心理健康状况纳入常规评估项目之一,并在产教融合视域下进一步探寻个体化科学的护理措施,以期改善行MHD治疗的DN患者的心理健康问题,促进患者身心健康。It is an important way to accelerate the modern vocational education system to deepen the industry-education integration,the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and the cultivation of high-quality and skilled talents.In nursing teaching,to explore the ways to promote the mental health of diabetic nephropathy(DN)patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)from the perspective of Industry-education Integration,and to formulate targeted intervention measures for them.The relevant literature at home and abroad was searched and analyzed comprehensively,the results show that the incidence of anxiety and depression in DN patients was high,but the evaluation of mental health status and the in-depth implementation of related measures were lacking in clinical nursing work.The mental health status of DN patients with MHD should be considered as one of the routine assessment items in the future,and scientific individual measures should be further explored from the perspective of industryeducation integration,in order to improve the mental health of DN patients with MHD and promote their physical and mental health.
