摘　　要：目的分析内观认知疗法,应用于青少年非自杀性自伤行为中的干预效果。方法对2023.5~2024.5我院收治的出现非自杀性自伤行为的青少年患者,从中筛选50例开展实践研究,使用随机抽签法,将其分为对照组和研究组,每组25例。对照组按照常规疗法进行治疗,研究组采用内观认知疗法进行治疗,对两组患者干预前后的心理状态、冲动情绪、自伤行为、社会功能进行评价。结果经过干预后,研究组的心理状态评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组干预后的冲动情绪、自伤行为评分均降低,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组干预后的社会功能评分对比(P<0.05)。结论对于出现非自杀性自伤行为的青少年患者,采取内观认知疗法,有利于改善患者的不良心理,缓解其冲动情绪,减少自伤行为,从而优化患者的社会功能,可推广。ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of Naikan cognitive therapy in adolescent non-suicidal self-injury behavior.MethodsA total of 50 adolescent patients with non-suicidal self-injury behaviors admitted to our hospital in 2023.5~2024.5 were selected for practical research,and they were divided into a controlgroup and a research group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated according to conventional therapy,and the study group was treated with Naikan cognitive therapy,and the psychological state,impulsive emotion,self-injurious behavior,and social function of the two groups before and after nursing were evaluated.ResultsAfter intervention,the psychological state score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of impulsive mood and self-injurious behavior were lower in both groups,which were lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The social function score of the two groups was compared after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion For adolescent patients with non-suicidal self-injurious behaviors,the adoption of Naikan cognitive therapy is beneficial to improve the negative psychology of patients,alleviate their impulsive emotions,reduce self-injurious behaviors,and optimize their social function.
