摘　　要：副神经节瘤(PGL)是一种罕见的神经内分泌肿瘤。截至目前,累及下腔静脉的腹膜后副神经节瘤的病例也鲜有报道。由于肿瘤位置的特殊性及对邻近血管的侵袭性,其进行完全切除的手术难度和风险极大。本文报道1例巨大腹膜后副神经节瘤侵犯下腔静脉(IVC)成功行手术切除的案例,现报道如下。Paraganglioma(PGL)is a rare neuroendocrine tumor.Up to now,cases of retroperitoneal PGL involving the inferior vena cava have rarely been reported.Due to the peculiarity of tumor location and invasion to adjacent vessels,it is difficult and risky to perform complete resection.In this paper,we report a case of successful surgical resection of a giant retroperitoneal PGL invading the inferior vena cava.
