摘 要:目的分析脉冲低剂量率照射联合累及野调强放疗治疗食管癌的应用价值。方法队列研究。抽取2019年3月至2022年3月南阳市中心医院收治的96例食管癌患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组48例。对照组采用累及野调强放疗,研究组采用脉冲低剂量率照射联合累及野调强放疗。比较两组疾病控制率、放射性肺炎发生情况、放射性食管炎发生情况、骨髓抑制发生情况、复发率、转移率。结果对照组疾病控制率(85.42%,41/48)与研究组(93.75%,45/48)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组放射性肺炎分级、放射性食管炎分级、骨髓抑制分级均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。两组复发率、转移率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脉冲低剂量率照射联合累及野调强放疗治疗食管癌,可在确保临床治疗效果基础上,降低放疗相关并发症发生率。ObjectiveTo analyze the application value of pulsed low dose-rate radiotherapy combined with involved field intensity-modulated radiotherapy in the treatment of esophageal cancer.MethodsA total of 96 patients with esophageal cancer treated in Nanyang Central Hospital from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected as research objects of the cohort study.And they were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received involved field intensity-modulated radiotherapy,and the study group received pulsed low dose-rate radiotherapy combined with involved field intensity-modulated radiotherapy.The disease control rate,the occurrence of radiation pneumonitis,radiation esophagitis and myelosuppression,the recurrence rate,and the metastasis rate were compared between the two groups.ResultsThere was no significant difference in the disease control rate between the control group(85.42%,41/48)and the study group(93.75%,45/48),P>0.05.The grades of radiation pneumonitis,radiation esophagitis and myelosuppression in the study group were superior to those in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate and metastasis rate between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionsPulsed low dose-rate radiotherapy combined with involved field intensity-modulated radiotherapy for esophageal cancer can reduce the incidence of radiotherapy-related complications while ensuring the clinical treatment effect.
