摘　　要：脐尿管癌局部治疗首选扩大膀胱部分切除或膀胱根治性切除,以及脐韧带和脐部的整体切除,盆腔淋巴结清扫;对转移性患者目前尚未有标准的治疗方案。本文报道1例行腹腔镜下扩大膀胱切除术的脐尿管癌病例,并复习相关文献,为临床诊治该疾病提供借鉴。The preferred local treatment for urachal carcinoma is extended partial cystectomy or radical cystec-tomy,as well as overall resection of the umbilical ligament and umbilicus,and pelvic lymph node dissection.However,there is no standard treatment plan for metastatic patients currently.This article reports a case of urachal carcinoma treat-ed with laparoscopic extended partial cystectomy,and reviews relevant literature to provide reference for clinical diagno-sis and treatment of the disease.
