摘　　要：丙酮酸是细胞糖代谢中起关键作用的中间产物,丙酮酸钠为丙酮酸的有机钠盐形式,含有羧基和羰基两个基团。丙酮酸钠在抗休克液体复苏、烧伤补液、治疗脓毒血症、纠正乳酸性酸中毒、改善胰腺炎细胞因子风暴等方面具有良好效果。丙酮酸钠可从改善能量代谢、纠正细胞酸中毒、抗氧化应激机制途径对心、肝、肾、脑、肠和血液系统等多脏器系统提供保护作用,同时可调节免疫反应,减轻甲型流感H1N1、COVID-19病毒感染的炎症反应。本文就丙酮酸钠盐的静脉、口服等形式在动物实验及临床应用方面进行综述,阐述其可能的作用机制,并讨论丙酮酸钠应用面临的相关问题,以期为丙酮酸钠的医学应用提供理论依据。Pyruvate is an important intermediate product in sugar metabolism.Sodium pyruvate is the sodium salt form of pyruvate,which contains carboxyl and carbonyl functional groups.Sodium pyruvate has important effects on anti-shock fluid resuscitation,burn rehydration,treatment of sepsis,correction of lactic acidosis,and improvement of pancreatitis inflammatory storm.It protects the heart,liver,kidney,brain,intestine,blood system,and other organ systems.It also can regulate the immune response to reduce the inflammatory response of influenza A(H1N1)and SARS-CoV-2 infection.This paper reviews the application of sodium pyruvate in animal experiments,clinical applications,and the mechanisms,and also discusses the related problems in the application of sodium pyruvate,which provides theoretical basis for the medical application of sodium pyruvate.
