摘 要:紫外线照射会使皮肤发生光老化,从而导致皮肤产生皱纹、红斑甚至癌变,所以抗皮肤光老化受到研究者的极大关注。为此,本文开展了胶原肽的抗光老化研究,以期开发出高性能的抗皮肤光老化剂。本文考察了胶原肽的分子量分布与氨基酸组成,并开展了三种成品胶原肽(CP-A、CP-B和CP-C)对ABTS^(+)·清除能力、超氧自由基清除能力以及酪氨酸酶抑制能力的研究,证明了CP-A具有较高的抗氧化活性和酪氨酸酶抑制活性。Ultraviolet radiation can cause skin photoaging,leading to wrinkles,redness,and even cancer.Therefore,anti skin photoaging has received great attention from researchers.Therefore,this article conducted an anti-photoaging study on collagen peptides,with the aim of developing high-performance anti skin photoaging agents.The molecular weight distribution and amino acid composition of collagen peptides were investigated,and the studies on ABTS+.scavenging ability,superoxide radical scavenging ability and tyrosinase inhibitory ability of collagen peptides(CP-A,CP-B and CP-C)were carried out,which proved that CP-A had higher antioxidant activity and tyrosinase inhibitory activity.
