摘　　要：骨骼健康是人体健康的重要组成部分,而胶原蛋白肽作为一种具有多种生物活性的蛋白质分子,近年来在骨科疾病的疗效功能方面的研究取得了很大的进展,也逐渐引起了广泛关注。口服是一种重要的给服用途径,本综述旨在总结口服胶原蛋白肽对骨科疾病的疗效功能的研究进展,包括其对骨质疏松和骨关节疾病等方面的作用及作用机理。通过综合分析已发表的研究工作,发现了口服胶原蛋白肽在骨科疾病疗效功能上具有潜在的益处,为骨科疾病的治疗提供了新的思路和新方法。Bone health is an important part of human health,and collagen peptide,as a protein molecule with a variety of bio-logical activities,has made great progress in the study of therapeutic functions in orthopedic diseases in recent years,and has gradually attracted widespread attention.Oral administration is an important way of administration.This review aims to summa-rize the research progress on the curative effect of oral collagen peptides on orthopedic diseases,including its effects on osteopo-rosis and bone and joint diseases and its mechanism of action.Through comprehensive analysis of published research work,we found that oral collagen peptides have potential benefits in the curative function of orthopaedic diseases,providing a new idea and method for the treatment of orthopaedic diseases.
