财经类院校研究生科研与就业能力现状及对策研究——以河北经贸大学学术型研究生为例

摘　　要：随着社会的发展和进步,科技创造层出不穷,工作岗位对人才的需求越发倾向于具备综合能力的复合型人才。科研创新是衡量硕士研究生综合素质的关键要素,对其科研创新和就业能力的培养显得尤为重要且迫切。在分析提高硕士研究生科研与就业能力的必要性的基础上,以问卷调查的方式分析财经类院校学术型硕士研究生科研能力与就业意向现状,探讨硕士研究生科研与就业能力存在的问题,并提出具体的对策建议。With the development and progress of society,scientific and technological creation emerges in an endless stream,and the demand for talents in jobs is more and more inclined to compound talents with comprehensive capabilities.Scientific research innovation is a key element to measure the comprehensive quality of academic master’s degree candidates,and the cultivation of scientific research innovation and employability is particularly important and urgent.On the basis of analyzing the necessity of improving the scientific research and employability of academic master’s degree candidates,this paper analyzes the current situation of scientific research ability and employment intention of academic master’s degree candidates in finance and economics colleges by means of questionnaire survey,discusses the problems existing in the scientific research and employability of academic master’s degree candidates,and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions.
