摘 要:[目的]设计速度为120 km/h的城市轨道交通列车在隧道内高速运行时,尾车尾门普遍存在啸叫问题,严重影响乘客的乘坐舒适性,需要对列车通过隧道时的车门啸叫成因进行深入研究,并提出应对策略。[方法]以郑许市域铁路啸叫严重的列车为研究对象,从车门啸叫机理、车辆内外压差及车门自身问题等方面分析了列车车门产生啸叫的成因。针对车门啸叫成因,从列车与隧道的阻塞比、车门密封胶条结构、密封胶条压缩量等方面制定了针对性的优化措施。将优化前后的车门安装在相同的气密试验台上进行冲压试验。[结果及结论]冲压试验表明:在进气量相同的情况下,车门优化后车内最大压力由1400 Pa提升至2200 Pa,车门密封性能明显提升,彻底解决了车门啸叫问题。[Objective]When the urban rail transit train with designed speed of 120 km/h passes through a tunnel at high speed,rear door howling problem of the tail car often occurs,seriously affecting passenger ride comfort.Thus the cause of this problem is studied in depth,and countermeasures are proposed.[Method]Taking the trains with serious howling in Zhengzhou-Xuchang City Railway as the research project,the causes of train door howling problem are analyzed from the aspects of door howling mechanism,vehicle internal and external pressure difference,and problems with the door itself.Aiming at the cause of door howling,targeted optimization measures are formulated from aspects of the blocking ratio between train and tunnel,the structure of door sealing rubber strip,and the compression amount of sealing rubber strip and so on.Stamping test is carried out by mounting doors with/without optimization on the same air-tight test bench.[Result&Conclusion]Door stamping test shows that under the same air intake volume,the maximum vehicle interior pressure increases from 1400 Pa to 2200 Pa after door optimization,and the door sealing performance is improved significantly,completely solving the problem of door howling.
