摘  要:以兔眼蓝莓品种“杰兔”自花和异花授粉后第40~90天的果实为试材,每隔10 d对果实中的花青素含量及花青素合成酶(ANS)、花青素还原酶(ANR)和无色花青素还原酶(LAR)活性进行测定,研究了花粉直感效应对花青素及合成关键酶活性的影响,以期为阐明花粉直感调控蓝莓果实花青素的生物合成提供参考依据。结果表明:不同基因型花粉对蓝莓果实中花青素的积累有显著影响,异花授粉果实中的花青素含量显著高于自花授粉,花粉直感效应显著。同时,不同基因型花粉对果实发育后期的ANS、ANR和LAR活性均有显著影响;其中在授粉后第40~90天,异花授粉果实中的ANS活性显著高于自花授粉,而在授粉后第70~90天,自花授粉果实中的ANR和LAR活性显著高于异花授粉。相关性分析表明,花粉直感效应对蓝莓果实中花青素积累的影响与ANS活性呈显著正相关,与ANR和LAR活性呈显著负相关,相关系数分别为0.976、-0.847和-0.887;授粉后第60~90天是不同基因型花粉对蓝莓果实花青素合成影响的关键时期。The fruits of the rabbiteye blueberry cultivar‘Premier’40-90 days after self-pollination and cross-pollination were used as experimental materials.The anthocyanin content and the activities of anthocyanin synthase(ANS),anthocyanin reductase(ANR)and leucoanthocyanidin reductase(LAR)in the fruit were measured every 10 days,the effects of xenia on the cotent of anthocyanins and activities of key enzymes were studied,in order to provide reference for clarifying the effects of xenia on the biosynthesis of anthocyanins in blueberry fruits.The results showed that the xenia was significant which the pollen of different genotypes had significant effects on anthocyanin accumulation in blueberry fruits,and the anthocyanin content in cross-pollinated fruits was significantly higher than that in self-pollinated fruit.At the same time,pollen of different genotypes had significant effects on the activities of ANS,ANR and LAR in late fruit development.At 40-90 days after pollination,the ANS activities in cross-pollinated fruits were significantly higher than those in self-pollinated fruits,while at 70-90 days after pollination,the ANR and LAR activities in self-pollinated fruits were significantly higher than those in cross-pollinated fruits.Correlation analysis showed that the xenia effect on anthocyanin accumulation in blueberry fruit was positively correlated with ANS activity,and negatively correlated with ANR and LAR activity,the correlation coefficients were 0.976,-0.847 and-0.887,respectively.The 60-90 days after pollination was the key period for the influence of pollen genotypes on anthocyanin synthesis in blueberry fruits.
