摘　　要：复方氨基酸注射液是以氨基酸为主要成分的制剂的总称,品种繁多、分类复杂,且通用名极为相似,给药品遴选及临床使用带来了挑战,同时给临床带来用药安全风险。本文以临床应用的角度为着眼点,提出贴近临床实际意义的建议,期望优化此类制剂的管理。Compound amino acid injection is a general term for preparations with amino acids as the main components,with a wide variety,complex classification and similar common names,which not only brings challenges to drug selection and clinical use,but also brings drug safety risks to patients.From the point of view of clinical application,this paper puts forward some suggestions close to the clinical significance,hoping to optimize the management of this kind of preparation.
