摘 要:头颈癌存在着广泛的神经周围浸润和肿瘤神经支配,在促进肿瘤进展的同时带来更差的预后。施万细胞(SCs)是一种神经胶质细胞,广泛分布于外周神经系统,参与了神经损伤修复。近年来,越来越多的研究表明,SCs在肿瘤微环境(TME)中扮演着重要角色。重编程SCs通过与肿瘤和神经进行信号交互,一方面,促进神经周围浸润和肿瘤神经支配;另一方面,直接作用于TME成分并促进肿瘤进展。该文主要讨论了SCs与癌症-神经的信号串扰模式,以及SCs相关信号在TME中的作用机制,并探讨了SCs相关头颈癌治疗干预的潜在靶点。There is extensive peripheral nerve infiltration and tumor innervation in head and neck cancer,which promotes tumor progress and brings worse prognosis.Schwann cells(SCs)are a type of glial cells that are widely distributed in the peripheral nervous system and are involved in nerve injury repair.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that SCs play an important role in the tumor microenvironment(TME).Reprogrammed SCs promote peripheral nerve infiltration and tumor innervation through signal interaction with tumor and nerves on the one hand,and directly act on TME components and promote tumor progression on the other hand.This paper mainly discusses the cross-talk patterns of SCs and cancer-nerve signals,as well as the mechanism of action of SCS-related signals in TME,and explore potential targets for therapeutic intervention in SCS-related head and neck cancer.
