耳梅毒1例  

Otosyphilis:A Case Report

摘　　要：患者女,56岁,右耳突发听力下降伴耳鸣6 d。患者否认上感史和外伤史。耳鼻喉科及皮肤科体检均未见异常。电测听示:右耳中重度感音神经性耳聋,左耳轻度感音神经性耳聋;声导抗示:双耳A型曲线。梅毒螺旋体颗粒凝集试验(TPPA)阳性,快速血浆反应素试验(RPR)阳性。诊断:耳梅毒。同时予正规驱梅及提高听力治疗后,双侧听力完全恢复正常。A 56-year-old female complained of sudden hearing loss in the right ear with tinnitus for 6 days.She denied any history of upper respiratory tract infection or trauma.Physical examinations in otolaryngology and dermatology showed no abnormalities.Electrical audiometry revealed moderate to severe sensorineural hearing loss in the right ear and mild sensorineural hearing loss in the left ear.Acoustic impedance testing showed type A curves in both ears.Treponema pallidum particle agglutination test(TPPA)and rapid plasma reagin test(RPR)were also positive.A diagnosis of otosyphilis was made.After receiving standard anti-syphilis treatment and treatment to improve hearing,auditory functions on both sides completely recovered to normal.
