摘　　要：患者女,66岁,右手食指浸润性红斑1年。皮肤科情况:右手食指第一指节关节伸侧至甲周分布一浸润性红斑,约1.0 cm×1.5 cm,表面光滑,边界欠清。皮损组织病理示:表皮角化亢进伴角化不全,棘层肥厚,表皮全层可见异型性细胞,真皮浅层淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:Bowen病。予以手术切除治疗,目前患者随访3年,皮损无复发。A 66-year-old female patient presented with infiltrative erythema in the right index finger for one year.Physical examination revealed infiltrative erythema in the right index finger(approximately 1.0 cm×1.5 cm),which could be seen from the first phalanx joint to the nail,with smooth surface and unclear boundaries.Histopathological examination showed hyperkeratosis and incomplete keratinization,acanthosis,presence of atypical cells throughout the epidermis,and lymphocytic infiltrate in the dermis.Diagnosis of Bowen disease was made.The patient received surgical treatment,and the lesions showed no recurrence during the three-year follow-up period.
