摘  要:针对公司铝合金铸件重力铸造工艺研制存在的诸多问题,以及公司现阶段树脂型(芯)砂尚未具备旧砂再生的现状,并结合机加工序对铝合金表面质量提升的要求,借鉴行业内铝合金金属型铸造的经验,开发了适用于回转体形状特征的“金属型+砂型”“双型”铝合金铸件重力铸造成型工艺,该工艺不仅大幅度降低了回转体类铝合金铸件的铝砂比,而且也明显地提升了铸件质量和生产效率,该创新工艺是公司在现阶段条件下回转体类铝合金铸件重力铸造工艺研制和批产的最佳途径。There are problems in the development of gravity casting process of aluminum alloy castings in the company,and the resin-type(core)sand does not have the conditions for the regeneration of old sand at this stage.In order to meet the requirements of the machining sequence on the surface quality of aluminum alloy,the experience of aluminum alloy metal mold casting in the industry is learned,and the“metal mold+sand mold”and“double mold”gravity casting molding process is developed for aluminum alloy castings with rotary shape characteristics.This process not only greatly reduces the aluminum-sand ratio of rotary aluminum alloy castings,but also significantly improves the casting quality and production efficiency.This innovative process is the best way for the company to develop and batch produce gravity casting process for rotary aluminum alloy castings under current conditions.
