摘  要:我国临床医学专业学位博士研究生教育旨在培养强临床、重科研、具备扎实专业基础和较强科研创新能力的复合型人才。心脏外科学专业难度大,临床能力要求高,科研竞争激烈。指导心脏外科学专业博士研究生提前规划并合理安排学业,是协同培养博士生临床能力和科研素养的关键。鼓励提早参与科研活动,引导在临床实践中发现科学问题,选择具有临床转化意义的科研课题,尤其是将疾病动物手术模型纳入科研设计,这些对策有效兼顾了心脏外科学专业博士研究生临床与科研能力的培养,对临床与科研的提升都有现实意义。Objective The objective of doctoral education in clinical medicine in China is to cultivate compound talents with excellent clinical ability,scientific research ability and innovation ability.The major of cardiac surgery is difficult,with high requirements for clinical ability and great pressure on scientific research.Guiding doctoral students in cardiac surgery to arrange their studies reasonably is the key to cultivate students'clinical ability and scientific research ability.Doctoral students in cardiac surgery should engage early in research training,identify scientific issues in clinical practice,choose projects of clinical translational significance,and incorporate animal surgery models into their research,effectively balancing clinical and research skill development.
