摘　　要：中华优秀传统文化作为中华民族的精神瑰宝,其蕴含的深邃思想内涵和道德智慧,为新时代高校思想政治教育提供了丰沃的文化土壤和强大的精神动力。现阶段,面对培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的重任,高校思想政治教育亟需从传统文化中汲取智慧和营养,创新管理载体,增强教育吸引力和感染力。应从课程教育、校园文化、社会实践等方面探寻构建高校思想政治教育管理载体的现实路径,以期为新时代高校思想政治教育改革提供有益参考。As the spiritual treasure of the Chinese nation,the profound thoughts and moral wisdom contained in excellent Chinese traditional culture provide rich cultural soil and strong spiritual motivation for ideological and political education in colleges in the new era.Currently,facing the task of cultivating socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development in morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics,and labor,ideological and political education in colleges urgently needs to draw wisdom and nourishment from traditional culture,innovate management carriers,and enhance the appeal and influence of education.This study explores practical paths for building ideological and political education management carriers in colleges from aspects such as curriculum education,campus culture,and social practice,aiming to provide useful references for the reform of ideological and political education in colleges in the new era.
