摘　　要：为了持续提升石油工程施工作业用户满意度和市场占有率,在传统的测井用户满意度测评方法的基础上进行探索性创新,提出关键评价参数和综合评价数学模型及评价标准。三年来的试用实践表明,试用单位用户满意度提高,用户满意率始终保持为100%,用户市场份额获得持续提升。创新的用户满意度测评方法和实现的具体步骤及效果供石油工程技术服务同仁借鉴。To continuously enhance user satisfaction and market share in petroleum engineering operations,an exploratory innovation in the traditional logging user satisfaction evaluation method is conducted.Key evaluation parameters,a comprehensive evaluation mathematical model,and assessment standards are proposed.Three years of trial practice show increased user satisfaction in pilot tests,consistently maintaining a 100%satisfaction rate and improved market share.The innovative method and specific implementation steps and effects are shared for reference by peers in petroleum engineering technical services.
