摘  要:目的探讨经典案例教学法联合翻转课堂对高职护理学生内科护理学教学质量的影响。方法选取黔西南民族职业技术学院2022年8月—2023年1月护理学专业两个班级107名学生作为研究对象,将其中一个班作为试验组(n=50),另外一个班作为对照组(n=57)。依照内科护理学教学大纲要求,对照组学生采取传统教学模式,试验组学生采取经典案例教学法联合翻转课堂教学模式。对比两组学生教学前后期末考试成绩以及对教学方法的满意度情况,最后采取护理专业自我概念量表(PSCNI)评估两组学生的自我概念水平。结果试验组学生专业基础知识、实践操作成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组学生的教学满意度各方面均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组学生沟通交流、技能、满意度、领导及灵活性相关PSCNI评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经典案例教学法联合翻转课堂应用于内科护理学教学可提升高职护理学生的专业基础知识与实践操作考核成绩,学生对教学方法满意度较高,且能够进一步提升学生的自我概念水平。Objective To explore the impact of classic case-based learning combined with flipped classroom on the teaching quality of medical nursing for nursing students in higher vocational education.Methods From August of 2022 to January of 2023,107 students from two classes in the nursing major from Southwest Guizhou Vocational Technical College for Nationalitie were selected as the research subjects.One class was regarded as the experimental group(n=50),and the other class was regarded as the control group(n=57).According to the requirements of the syllabus for medical nursing,the control group of students received traditional teaching model,while the experimental group received classic case-based learning combined with flipped classroom teaching model.Compared the final exam scores and satisfaction with teaching methods between two groups of students before and after teaching,at last evaluated the self-concept level of the two groups of students with Nursing Professional Self-concept Inventory(PSCNI).Results The students in the experimental group showed significantly higher scores in professional basic knowledge and practical operation than those in control group(P<0.05).The students'teaching satisfaction in experimental group was higher than those in control group in all aspects(P<0.05).The PSCNI scores related to students'communication,skills,satisfaction,leadership,and flexibility of the experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of classic case-based learning and flipped classroom application in medical nursing teaching can improve the professional basic knowledge and practical operation assessment scores of nursing students in higher vocational education.Students are fully satisfied with the teaching method and can further enhance their self-concept level.
