摘 要:目的应用扎根理论研究法,探讨公立医院退休人员返岗的效果,为退休人员的返岗管理、退休群体的人力资源开发与运用提供依据。方法通过半结构化访谈收集退休人员在返岗工作或服务过程中满意与不满意的内容,并基于扎根理论对访谈资料进行编码分析,探讨退休人员返岗的效果。结果经过三级编码,退休人员返岗满意的地方共形成153个参考点、26个初始节点(范畴)、6个主范畴和3个核心范畴;退休人员返岗不满意的地方共形成71个参考点,19个初始节点(范畴)、7个主范畴和2个核心范畴;退休人员返岗满意的地方多于不满意的地方,产生了良好的效果。结论公立医院退休人员以各种形式返回到工作或服务岗位,在价值、管理及保障方面的满意内容对返岗行为产生了推动作用;在组织层次及个人层次评价中不满意的内容对返岗行为产生了阻碍作用。Objective To explore the effectiveness of retirees re-employed by public hospitals with grounded theory research method,so as to provide a basis for the management on re-employed retirees and the development and employment of human resources of retirees.Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted to collect retirees'satisfaction and dissatisfaction during their re-employed service or work.The interview data was coded and analyzed to explore the effects of retirees returning to work based on grounded theory.Results After three-level coding,a total of 153 reference points,26 initial nodes(categories),6 main categories,and 3 core categories were formed in the areas where retirees were satisfied with reemployment.There are a total of 71 reference points,19 initial nodes(categories),7 main categories,and 2 core categories regarding the areas where retirees are dissatisfied with reemployment.Re-employed retirees are more satisfied than dissatisfied,which has achieved good effect.Conclusion Retirees from public hospitals who reemployed or service positions in various forms have a positive effectiveness on their return behavior in terms of value,management,and security satisfaction.The unsatisfactory content in organizational and personal evaluations has a hindering effect on reemployed behavior.
